Akin Construction started in 2004 under Femco Plumbing, a small sole proprietorship plumbing company with a Master Plumbing License and a dream. We spent 19 years doing work across DC, Maryland and Virginia with government, commercial and residential plumbing projects. In 2023, we rebranded as a full-service general contractor built on the belief that quality construction should be accessible to every home, business, and community.
