Pricing applies to standard installations for water heater units up to 75 gallons (tank) and 55 gallons for power vent systems.

Tank Water Heater Installation: Starting at $2,700
Tankless Water Heater Installation: Starting at $3,500

All pricing includes:

  • Purchase of a new water heater

  • Removal and disposal of the old unit

  • Full installation of the new system

Notes:

  • Permit fees are not included and will be added separately if required by jurisdiction.

  • Tankless installation pricing is firm unless converting from a tank system or performing a GPM (gallons per minute) upgrade, which may require additional modifications.

  • Systems exceeding the stated gallon limits will incur additional costs for labor and materials.
